The Advisory Board is responsible for setting the organisation's agenda and priorities for the coming years. Medium-term key areas of focus are:

• Growing the member base among the listed infrastructure companies and investors worldwide;

• Building the profile of the organization and listed infrastructure asset class through the media;

​

• Establishing the GLIO website as central portal for global listed infrastructure information and education material;

​

• Producing timely analysis, research and reports highlighting the key performance characteristics of the asset class using the FT Wilshire GLIO Index;  

​​

• Better define infrastructure and which companies fit under the 'pure' infrastructure umbrella through the FT Wilshire GLIO Index ground rules.
